Profile

Babette Boliek received her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and her Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Davis. Dr. Boliek's current work focuses on regulation of the wireless telecommunications industry, including net neutrality regulation. She also has written on the U.S. experience in regulating cellular telephone entry and rates at the state and local level prior to federal preemption in 1994.
