Profile

K. S. Lim, an Affiliated Reseach Fellow of the Information Economy Project, is Project Manager and Principal Research Member of the IT Policy Research Group at ETRI in Daejeon, Republic of Korea.

His principal research interests are in the fields of economics and the management of technological innovation, including technology policy pertaining to patent effects, as well as an analysis of network market competition effects in the telecommunications industry.

Dr. Lim also serves as a member of the editorial board, in the fields of digital economy and information technology, for the Journal of Technology Innovation. He is a member of the accreditation systems investigation committee of Korea's Ministry of Information & Telecommunications.
